| What are the Reef Regency Vacation Club Vouchers? | |||||||||
| These are guest membership certificates that Reef Club members own - and we resell. | |||||||||
| If I purchase a certificate am I obligated to become a time share owner? | |||||||||
| No! You are not obligated to do anything and you dont have to go to any time share meetings. | |||||||||
| Do I need one voucher per person or per room? | |||||||||
|
You only need one voucher per room. Minimum guests per room are two. Maximum guests per room are four. |

| What happens once I receive a voucher? | |||||||||

Here is how the process works 1) Purchase a voucher from our web site. 2) We will mail the voucher to your address. ( Keep it in a safe place and bring it with you on your trip) 2) E-mail or fax your reservation request to the members reservation desk ( not the hotel desk). You must include the following information.
3) Once the resort confirms room availablity and voucher authenticity they will send you a confirmation number and a quote. 4) Send them your payment. 5) Once they receive your payment they will send you a final confirmation email or fax. 6) Bring the voucher, confirmation e-mails, etc with you on your trip. Present this at the time of check in as requested. 7) Enjoy your stay and savings! |

Can I use these vouchers year around? |

| Yes - You can reserve any dates you like. For best results you should give the resort at least 10 days advance notice. | |||||||||
| Can these vouchers be used at other Reef Club Resorts. | |||||||||
| No - These are only valid at the Reef Club in Cozumel, MX. | |||||||||
| How can you offer the same rooms so cheap? | |||||||||
| We represent members (time share owners) of the resort. We purchase and then sell their unused time to other vacationers. We also have zero overhead since we have no store front - only an inexpensive Internet site. | |||||||||

Can I cancel or change my reservation? |

| Yes - Once you make your reservation with the resort you can cancel it or make changes as long as you give them 30 days notice. | |||||||||
| How long do I have to use the voucher? | |||||||||
| Each voucher comes with an expiration date printed on it. Currently you will have around 1 2years to use the vouchers. | |||||||||
| Can the vouchers be used in the hotel rooms also? | |||||||||
| Yes - you can stay for free in the Standard rooms! | |||||||||
| Any other expenses beside the room cost? | |||||||||
| Yes - no matter which room you stay in you must pay the "All Inclusive" fees. ( See the terms and conditions below for more details) | |||||||||
| What is the "AIP" | |||||||||
| It is the All Inclusive Plan which includes: All meals and snacks, unlimited alcoholic and soda beverages, imported beverages at the bar, daily activity programs, theme parties, shows & night entertainment, and the use of all non-motorized water sports such as windsurfing, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. | |||||||||
| What is the current AIP cost? | |||||||||
| It ranges from $45.00 - $55.00 US per person per day ( kids under 12 are Free! Kids between 13-18 are 1/2 price) | |||||||||
| Who has to pay the food/beverage ( AIP) fees? | |||||||||

| Can we purchase these vouchers to upgrade the room? | |||||||||
| Sorry - These are only for new reservations only. You could always get the voucher and make new reservations. | |||||||||
| I only want to stay for 5 days - but you don't have a 5 day voucher. | |||||||||
| Just purchase the 7 day voucher and then reserve the room for 5 days. You wil only be charged for the days you reserve. | |||||||||
| Are the Reef Club Condos the same place? | |||||||||
| Yes - Some sites refer to the Jr Suites and Studio rooms as the "Reef Club Condos" or members section of the resort. | |||||||||
| Do you know if there are rooms avail during particular dates? | |||||||||

No - We are not associated with the resort. To check availability you will have need to call the houston office at 281 448 2885. This is the members number. Just tell them that you are checking on room availability. |
